Subdivision Entrance Improvement Matching Grant Program
In 2013, the City Council authorized by resolution the establishment of the Cooley-Fulbright Beautification Program, which made available matching grants to subdivision trustees or committees to help defray the costs of improving the appearance of the entrance of an existing subdivision.
Applications for a grant must be approved by the city in advance of any planting, repair, construction or installation of such improvements. An improvement plan must be presented with the grant application that identifies the improvements or repairs that are to be made, a written bid on company letterhead for the work, and evidence that such repairs or improvements are located upon common ground or an existing easement that was dedicated such improvements. Additionally, if applicable, a history of all previous awards granted under the program to the subdivision.

Spring Brush Pick Up
The City of Arnold will offer a Spring Brush Pickup on April 1, 2024. All brush must be on the street curb by the start date.
Brush will not be picked up at the following locations:
- Trailer Parks
- Apartment Complexes
- Churches
- Commercial Businesses
- Schools

Feed the Masses Challenge
For the fourth year in a row, Arnold has won the Feed the Masses challenge! City of Arnold residents donated a total of 9,749 food items to win the Missouri Parks & Recreation Association’s Feed the Masses food drive. All the food collected in Arnold went to the Arnold Food Pantry. Thank you to all who donated to this worthy cause!

The General Municipal Election to be held on April 2, 2024 in the City of Arnold. The following offices are to be filled by General Municipal Election for a term of two years:

Filing for the above offices will close on December 26, 2023 at 5:00 pm. Filings are to be made with the City Clerk at the Arnold Municipal Complex, 2101 Jeffco Blvd., Arnold, MO, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:45 pm.

Recreation Center Renovations
The Arnold Recreation Center indoor pool is now open! Renovations have been completed.
The indoor men’s and women’s bathrooms have been updated as well. Thank you to everyone for their patience with the ongoing renovations.
