When moving into an existing office/business space in the City of Arnold, the owner/manager of the property must schedule an Occupancy Inspection with the City of Arnold Building Department and Rock Community Fire Protection District.
The Occupancy Inspection fee from the City of Arnold Building Department is $75.
The Occupancy Inspection fee from the Rock Community Fire Protection District is $75 for less than 5,000 sq ft and $100 for over 5,000 sq ft.
Any repairs must be completed before an Arnold Business License will be issued.
